Rape of the Sabine Woman

According to Rory and Ben, the Irish and British dudes I met the first night in Florence, this is a masterpiece. They said it was not originally called Rape of anything but that it really did not have a name. They also said the cool thing about the statue was that it is one you can view at from any angle and appreciate, unlike other statues which have a definate best view point.
